How a birthday booking works

You tell us the date, the address and roughly how many are coming. We tell you which package fits and whether the date is free. On the day we arrive early, set up, and serve from the hatch for the time in your package.

Everything comes off the van — you do not need power, water or a table. All we need is somewhere safe to park with room to open the hatch.

Which package for a kids’ party?

For most children’s parties, Bronze covers it: 40 cones with toppings or slush over half an hour. If the parents are staying and you want more choice, Silver adds sundae cups and twin cones for up to 45 guests.

Gold is the one people book for milestone birthdays — an open menu for 50 guests, so nobody is told they cannot have the candy floss.

It is not only for children. We do 18ths, 21sts, 40ths and a good few 60ths and 70ths. The nostalgia does a lot of work on an adult crowd — for a lot of people it is the first 99 they have had in twenty years.

Questions

Birthday parties — the usual questions

Can you come to a house party on an estate?

Yes, and we do it constantly. We just need to be able to get the van in and park it safely with room to open the hatch. If access is tight, tell us when you book and we will sort it out beforehand rather than on the day.

What if more people turn up than I booked for?

Tell us on the day and we will keep serving where we can — but the honest answer is that it is better to book the bigger package than to hope. Ring us if the numbers change before the date.
