Corporate bookings are the easiest win on this list. An ice cream van costs less than most things a company puts on for staff, and it is the one people actually talk about afterwards.
What we get booked for
Staff appreciation days, family fun days, summer barbecues, product launches, open days and office moves. Dublin 15 and the north Dublin business parks are a regular run for us.
The van works well as a set piece too — a surprise that rolls in mid-afternoon lands better than an email saying there are ice creams in the canteen.
The practical side
We can invoice, we carry full insurance, and we are registered with the HSE. If your facilities or health and safety team wants documentation in advance, ask and we will send it over.
The van is self-contained — no power, no water, no setup on your side. We need a parking spot with room to open the hatch and a rough headcount.
Branding and extras
For launches and open days we can talk about branded touches around the serving area. Get in touch well ahead if that is something you want, so there is time to get it right.

Can you invoice our company rather than take card on the day?
Yes. Send us the billing details when you book and we will invoice as normal.
Can you serve inside a business park or private site?
Usually yes, as long as site management know we are coming and we can get the van in. Check with whoever runs the estate first.
